Once “Gift” enters the body, the patient will soon die. After that, “Gift” completely disappears, and the cause of death could only be diagnosed as acute heart failure. “Gift” is the most horrifying coccus bacteria that could possibly commit the perfect crime of murder!
Fujimaki's life suddenly changes dramatically after the discovery of “Gift”. Greedy doctors who use “Gift” in a fierce power game within the hospital, powerful people who try to turn “Gift” into money, and a police organization that pursues mysterious serial murders caused by “Gift”, and his beloved wife who falls seriously ill...
In the blink of an eye, Fujimaki is engulfed in the vortex of conspiracy surrounding “Gift”, and eventually finds himself unable to turn back.
