LIFE STYLE Ramen Kingdom ラーメン王国According to a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Yamagata City boasts the biggest spending on ramen per household in Japan. Even soba (Japanese noodle) restaurants list ramen on their menus! Local people love ramen and are always eager to find a new shop that serves delicious ramen. This program is produced by Yamagata Television System once a year and features around 10 shops each time. Four (4) ramen-lovers visit the shops to taste ramen and give their reviews.
