A skilled surgeon Mr.Sagara accepts a job at Dogami General Hospital. To his surprise, he finds that the doctors there are more concerned about themselves than their patients. Sagara believes that being a person comes before being a doctor, and so when he sees doctors driving around in expensive cars and caring about their careers, he decides to cut the wrongness of the hospital. Sometimes clever, sometimes callous, he uses all kinds of methods in an attempt to reform the hospital. Because of that all doctors and nurses do not understand his true purpose and express a negative attitude toward him. However, as Sagara sticks to his strong belief and saves patients, they gradually start to change their mind.
