Haruka Haruki is a rookie emergency physician driven by a passion to save lives. Working alongside her are Subaru Kiryu, a supervising doctor who appears cold and detached. Alongside them are Teru Shibukawa, a young paramedic, and Kento Yokomine, a young police officer. These four youths share a strong determination to save others and strive to carry out their own sense of justice. They meet on the front lines of emergency medicine, where every minute and second counts.
